If I wanted to wait for 7 people to get a hair cut and enter my own registration info I would have stayed. Only seen 2 stylist in the store on a Saturday at 1pm. You suck

I bring my son,9, here. He refuses to let any other place cut his hair. The girls are always very nice and patient with him. He loves the fact that sports is the theme. I would definitely recommend you to my friends.

I am going to be as blunt and honest!!! Sport Clips in Hermitage is absolutely amazing from the owner, manager and team (really a true family you rarely see at a salon) working here was the best job I ever had!!! I drove over an hour a day to work with the greatest people who absolutely give the greatest service! !! They opened up a new Sport Clips in Ohio about 5 minutes from where I live. I was so excited and got hired and was right away thinking omg, Sport Clips are not all the same!!! I was absolutely shocked, speechless, it was the worst experience of my life!!! The owner never got the other side of the stories from anyone, gave manager full rain to run the business, never met him the OWNER, was basically threatened by the manager because I knew so much about Sport Clips and she was JUST learning and the other girls were too so who would her Great Clip friends go to with questions. .. after basically being accused of trying to take her job and being too excited to work there...the service is horrible, mentallity of Great Clips get them done, get them out!!! I never was so happy to leave and say that was the worst experience of my life!!! Now explaining both sides from behind the scenes. .. HERMITAGE CROSSING SPORT CLIPS GIVES THE GUEST EVERYTHING THAT IS ADVERTISED THAT MAID YOU WANT TO COME IN!!! I thank God that the owner, manager and team (family) took me back and I feel like I never left and never want to!!! It's GREAT to be a guy at Sport Clips in Hermitage / Hermitage crossing!!!
